Jeremy is based in Auckland and leads the Consulting and Solutions practice for Futurestep New Zealand.
Jeremy has over 18 years consulting and commercial experience with more than 8 years international experience based in the UK & USA. He has exposure to a range of sectors including Manufacturing Construction, FMCG, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Government. Prior to joining Futurestep, Jeremy ran his own consultancy providing leadership assessment and coaching services and advisory services on strategic resourcing . This followed his role as National Practice Leader, Talent Management for a large international consultancy based in London and then Auckland.
Jeremy’s focus is to partner with organisations to help achieve business success through delivering their people strategy. He has well rounded experience across many aspects of Talent Management with particular specialisation in three areas:
Strategic Resourcing: Working with organisations to optimise their resourcing capability including strategy development, workforce planning, resourcing model alignment, assessment tools, metrics and evolving technologies and innovation
Team and Individual Development : Working with organisations to improve individual and/or team performance including use of and interpretation of psychometric and 360 degree assessment tools , identification of development opportunities and support to achieve these through coaching and/or group facilitation.
Career Management : Working with senior executives and national sports people to facilitate career transition including self assessment and feedback, identification of transferable skills and preparation for self initiated career change and job search.
Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Business Law) from the University of Otago, New Zealand. He is accredited in the use of SHL and Lominger tools, as well as being an accredited Coach and Facilitator.
