Previously, Glen served as the VP of Global Sourcing and Talent Strategy for Randstad’s RPO division.

In his current role with Kforce as the senior vice president of talent acquisition strategy and innovation, he is responsible for leading the continuous improvement of Kforce’s talent acquisition processes where he evaluates emerging technology solutions and organizes, analyzes and leverages data and analytics to drive fact-based decision making in support of Kforce’s customers.
Prior to recently rejoining Kforce, Glen served as the VP of Global Sourcing and Talent Strategy for Randstad’s RPO division where he built and led their Sourcing Center of
Expertise.
