Societe Generale
Ben joined Societe Generale in June 2005 and is a member of the EMEA HR Management Team. He is responsible for leading all client-facing teams in the UK with a remit that extends from HR Business Partners and Recruitment through to Employee Relations and HR Projects. He has held a number of senior roles including Compensation Director, Head of HR Operations and Lead HR Business Partner for Investment Banking and Global Financing. Prior to joining Societe Generale, Ben was an HR Business Partner for Allianz Dresdner Asset Management.
Ben is a Board Director of the City HR Association; an UK Industry Association whose purpose is to support and provide best HR practice to over 170 organisations whose activities are directly involved in, or underpin, the financial services sector. Ben is also co-chair of Societe Generale’s Family Network which supports working parents and carers.
Academically, Ben has a Masters in HR and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development; the UK professional body for HR and people development.
Ben is married with two young daughters. He is a keen photographer and enjoys the great outdoors.
