Talent management directory for SME employers coming soon

Experienced recruitment marketing executive Philip Tusing is set to launch a new website offering a marketing and directory service for recruitment and talent management companies.

Tusing, who left his job as marketing manager for FiveTen Group in June, told Shortlist Destination Talent would launch in the next few months.  The site was centred around a directory of talent services providers, he said, aimed at an audience of small to medium employers who made one or two hires a year, and needed help to navigate the wide range of recruitment and talent management vendors.

He said the directory was free for employers, and the site also provided a vendor management platform which they could pay to use. A basic listing in the online database was free for vendors, and once listed they could pay a fee to use a number of additional tools and products.
